Leading actress Pooja Hegde has become a major sensation across India, especially after she swepts fans off their feet everywhere last year in Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Introduced to films by acclaimed director Mysskin in Mugamoodi in 2012, Pooja will be making a big comeback in Tamil cinema in Vijay's next biggie, the tentatively titled Thalapathy 65, being produced by the illustrious Sun Pictures banner, with Nelson Dilipkumar directing the mega venture. Since the grand success of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Pooja has also landed a number of other notable mammoth projects and will next be seen in Prabhas' highly-anticipated period romantic pan-Indian film, Radhe Shyam. 

Having tested positive for COVID-19 recently, Pooja Hegde announced on her social media pages that she had isolated herself at her home and was undergoing treatment and is currently en route to her recovery. In the meantime, Pooja took to her Instagram page to post a new photo that screams ultra-glam vibes. Posing in a chic black oversized jacket and pairing it with denim shorts, Pooja captioned the now viral photo as, "That under rated over sized jacket!". This latest photo from Pooja has taken social media by storm, with fans looking forward to seeing her in Tamil cinema once again and this time alongside Vijay in Thalapathy 65. Apart from Thalapathy 65 and Radhe Shyam, Pooja, who earlier made her Hindi debut opposite Hrithik Roshan in Mohenjo Daro in 2016, was announced to be a part of the upcoming Rohit Shetty multi-starrer comedy, Cirkus, which also includes top stars like Ranveer Singh and Jacqueline Fernandez. With her next big Telugu film, Most Eligible Bachelor, opposite Akhil Akkineni announced to come out in theatres this year, Pooja is also a part of 'Mega Star' Chirajeevi's much-awaited Acharya, which will see him sharing screen space alongside his son Ram Charan.
