While the makers of Half Girlfriend are deciding between Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon for the female lead, we hear, they are also confused as to who the male lead should be.

As per sources, we hear that Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor are the strong contenders for the role. Besides, as the two have a jam-packed schedule already, the makers are busy looking into their dates, before finalising.

Produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms and directed by Mohit Suri, the film is based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name.
