Dhanush’s Jagame Thandhiram is one of the most expected films of this year. This International gangster thriller is directed by the highly talented Karthik Subbaraj and this film is touted to be high on action. Produced by Sashikanth under the banner of Y Not Studios, Jagame Thandhiram will be Dhanush’s immediate next release. If not for the pandemic, the film would have been released and the worldwide audience would’ve seen it. However, we are now made to wait for the pandemic to end so that the theatres would reopen.

Dhanush is celebrating his birthday on July 28 and marking the special occasion, the makers of Jagame Thandhiram had announced that the first single called ‘Rakita Rakita Rakita’ would be released on the said date. Rakita Rakita is the title theme song of the film which elevated the intensity of Jagame Thandhiram’s motion poster and now the fans are going to hear the full song on July 28. ‘Rakita Rakita Rakita’ is penned by lyricist Vivek, while the album also has songs written by Dhanush, Richard Harvey, and Antony Dasan.

Ahead of the release, it has now been officially announced that the film’s audio rights have been acquired by Sony Music. The film’s music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan and we can expect him to deliver a chartbuster album through Jagame Thandhiram. Sony Music is already associated with the majority of the big films including Master, Soorarai Pottru, Cobra, Doctor, Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film, Dil Bechara, and now Jagame Thandhiram is the latest addition to their discography. This new update was announced earlier this morning.

The fans are excitedly waiting and looking forward to the single of Jagame Thandhiram and one can be sure that the song will create huge records on social media. Talking about Jagame Thandhiram, the film has been made on a high budget on a grand scale and has been majorly shot in London with a few portions in Madurai and Chennai.

It features Game Of Thrones fame James Cosmo as the antagonist and popular Malayalam actress Aishwarya Lekshmi as the female lead. Joju George, Kalaiyarasan, Sharath Ravi, Deepak Paramesh, Soundara Raja, Sanchana Natarajan form the supporting cast. This film has cinematography by Shreyaas Krishna and editing by Vivek Harshan.
