Tamil star Kamal Haasan has expressed his grief and condolences over the death of Bollywood legend Rajesh Khanna. "I met him during the early days of my career, he was already an established star but he had the kindness to treat me like a friend," Kamal recalled. He further added, " Rajesh Khanna was the greatest superstar that Bollywood has ever seen and nobody can achieve the kind of stardom and fan craze he enjoyed." Kamal Haasan also expressed his deep condolence to the Khanna's family and friends.
