Vijay Sethupathi made his much-awaited Malayalam debut with the recent release Marconi Mathai and played an extended cameo in the film. The comedy-drama film is written and directed by Sanil Kalathil who previously directed Uthara. Marconi Mathai stars Jayaram and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. The film is produced by Premachandran AG under the banner Satyam Videos. Music for the film is composed by Jayachandran, cinematography handled by Sajan Kalathil and editing is done by Shameer Muhammed. The movie released on July 11th and opened to some decent reviews from fans.
The team has released a new video song tilted Pathiravinum. The sung composed by M Jayachandran is sung by Shreya Goshal and Yazin Nizar with the lyrics written by BK Harinarayanan. The song is a montage based one and Vijay Sethupathi seems to be searching for the lead actor Jayaram. On the other side, Jayaram seems to be enjoying his life in his own way.
