Nithya Menen on Cloud Nine!
Mollywood beauty Nithya Menen, who debuted in films with Mohanlal starrer Akashagopuram (2008), followed by I.V. Sasi's Vellathooval, Angel John, Kerala Cafe, Apoorvaragam and Karmayogi, is on Cloud Nine as her debut Telugu film Ala Modalaindi, starring Allari Naresh, completed100 days in theatres recently.
Nithya is all excited about the second big film in her career: 180, a Telugu-Tamil bilingual starring Siddharth and Priya Anand in the lead roles. Set in Hyderabad and the US, 180 is a romantic musical directed by Jayendra.
Talking about the movie, Nithya says, “I am happy to work opposite Siddharth in my Tamil debut because he is a genuine actor. When I met Jayendra sir, I felt it would be wonderful to work with him. Though a simple love story, the film will turn out to be different fare."
On her future assignments, Nithya says that she is thrilled working in another bilingual Veppam in Tamil and Sega in Telugu. She is once again teaming up with Ala Modalaindi hero Nani in Veppam.
