Amitabh is humble: Charmi
After working in South Indian films for nearly 10 years, charming beauty Charmi is now making her debut in Bollywood with Amitabh Bachchan's upcoming flick Bhuddah... Hoga Tera Baap, in which she plays the role of a happy-go-lucky college girl who is Amitabh's friend.
Talking about her experience with Big B, the 23-year-old said: "Working with him was one of the most memorable moments in my whole career. I couldn't have asked for a better debut. He's such a humble person. I have never met anyone who is so grounded."
She said that she was very nervous when she met Amitabh. "Before we canned the first shot, Amitji asked me if we could rehearse the shot. He's the kind of actor who makes sure everyone who is doing the scene with him is comfortable, which is why everyone respects him so much," she said.
Asked if she picked up tips from the legendary actor, Charmi said: "Amitabh is someone who respects his fellow artistes. Once he is convinced that his co-actor is doing a good job, he just lets them do their own thing."
