Popular Malayalam actress Rajisha Vijayan will very soon be making her debut in Tamil cinema with the Dhanush starrer, Karnan which is scheduled to release in theatres on April 9. The film has got phenomenal expectations among the film buffs and fans and it is expected to take a very good opening at the box office. Karnan is directed by Mari Selvaraj of Pariyerum Perumal fame and has music scored by Santhosh Narayanan. Produced by Kalaippuli S Thanu under the banner of V Creations, the film features Lal, Yogi Babu, Natty, Gouri Kishan, and Lakshmi Priya Chandramouli in supporting roles. We saw a glimpse of Rajisha Vijayan's character in the recently released second single, 'Pandarathi Puranam', which has become a sensational hit among the masses.

Rajisha, who has already created a name for herself in Malayalam cinema will now be looking forward to having a solid start in Tamil cinema with Karnan. Details regarding her character in the film are yet to be known.

Meanwhile, the teaser of Rajisha Vijayan's next movie in Malayalam has been released. Titled as Kho Kho, it is a sports drama that revolves around the game of Kho Kho and it features Rajisha Vijayan playing the role of a coach. It is going to be quite interesting to see her in a mentor-kind of a role. There are also portions of her playing the game, but we do not get to see that in the film's teaser. The teaser looks promising and gives us a glimpse of what the film is going to be about. Being a sports drama, we some inspirational and motivational dialogues from the protagonist and the shots look neat. The Kho Kho training sequences seem to be one of the highlights of the film.

The teaser has been released on the official YouTube channel of 123 Musix who owns the film's audio rights. Produced by First Print Studios, Kho Kho has music scored by Sidhartha Pradeep, editing by Christy Sebastian, and cinematography by Tobin Thomas. While Rajisha Vijayan plays the main lead, the film's star cast also includes Mamitha Baiju, Venkitesh VP, Renjit Shekar Nair and others. The film is scheduled to release in theatres next month - April. The film is directed by Rahul Riji Nair.
