Kaththi directed by A.R. Murugadoss has been in the news for quite sometime due to the involvement of Lyca Productions with the Sri Lankan government. The protest continued even after Directors Union supported the film.
The recent development is that the Kaththi team might opt for a different producer so that they need not face issues during the release. Also, we hear that producers Subashkaran and Karunamoorthy are planning to convene a press meet to deny their connection with the Sri Lankan Government.
The producers are quite confident that they can sort out the issues after the meeting. Let us hope that Kaththi comes out without delay.
