A Mohana Movies and Sri Thenandal Films joint production, Demonte Colony has now been wrapped up. Starring Arulnithi in the lead, this movie is being directed by debutante R. Ajay Gnanamuthu, a former assistant of AR Murugadoss. This horror-thriller, based on the real location of the same name in Alwarpet, in Chennai, is currently in the post-production stage.
