Producer Archana Kalpathi of AGS Entertainment on Tuesday, August 29, posted a photo on the next stop in her journey ahead of Thalapathy 68's production. Taking to her Instagram Stories, the hit Tamil films producer put up a picture of her boarding pass for her trip from Singapore to Los Angeles earlier today along with the hashtag #IYKYK (if you know, you know) and a personal belonging wrapped in the Indian tricolor with the first letters of her name printed atop, hinting that she is en route to California, U.S., for the next stage of the upcoming film, which is currently in the pre-production stages. The 'Thalapathy' Vijay-starrer under Venkat Prabhu's direction along with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja is expected to begin rolling in the months ahead and Archana Kalpathi's journey to Los Angeles suggests a big development that was recently reported on a leading English daily.

According to reports, both Vijay and Venkat Prabhu are at present in Los Angeles and will be involved in 3D VFX scan technology for the Tamil superstar's role in Thalapathy 68. It is stated that this technology was previously used in 'Bollywood Baadshah' Shah Rukh Khan's Fan (2016) and will be witnessed in 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan's upcoming Indian 2 directed by Shankar. With Archana Kalpathi's latest Instagram Story suggesting that her visit to the States could be for Thalapathy 68, speculations among the fans have shot up on how big and ambitious the film is going to be.

Thalapathy 68 is AGS Entertainment's prestigious 25th film and the blockbuster production banner will be looking to not leave any stone unturned in making it a grand affair. The film is also their second time collaborating with Vijay after the box-office money-spinner Bigil (2019) and is scheduled to be launched into cinemas in 2024. Thalapathy 68 also marks the second time Vijay and Yuvan Shankar Raja are teaming up two decades after their Pudhiya Geethai (2003) and the celebrated composer will be looking to come out firing on all cylinders once again.
