The hot Gwyneth Paltrow is know her diet and strict exercising rules that keeps her looking fit and healthy all the time. But what raises eyebrows, is the news of her inducing the practice of diet in her children.

In her upcoming book, It's All Good, that releases in April, Paltrow has mentioned her recent fear of her having a panic attack, which she mistook for a stroke. Following this scare, she has asked her entire family to stay away from carb foods and also got them tested for allergies.

“Children do have slightly different nutritional requirements from adults: they need more fat and protein. But filling their plates with empty calories in the form of white pasta, bread and rice is no nutritional kindness,” adds Paltro,  who has now made her kitchen a pasta, bread and rice-free zone.
