Ashley surprised she escaped meltdown
Ashley Olsen and her twin Mary Kate have been in showbiz since they were just six months old when they acted in the sitcom Full House. Ashley says that she is quite amazed she and her sister avoided sex and drugs scandals that are usually outcomes of the pressures of early fame – something like what Britney Spears went through not so long ago. "I look at Britney, and I'm surprised I didn't end up like her," she says. Adding, "Growing up it was almost like I was in the army. School, work, homework, fly to New York, get in at 2.00 a.m., do a morning show at 5.00 a.m., then another�at 7.00, then a radio interview at 10.00. But all that’s past now."
