In a surprise turn of events, Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam gets rocking response in Kerala. The film was release in more than 230 screens across the state. Interestingly, Kerala consist of 25 percent Muslims and as per reports the film is running packed houses in the Malabar region, which is dominated by Mualims. Kamal's home production Rajkamal Films International has released the movie directly in Kerala. Kerala Film Exhibitor's Federation (KFEF), which had declined to exhibit the movie following Kamal's decision to premier Vishwaroopam on DTH format, is also screening the film.
