Sasirekha Parinayam success meet
Sasirekha Parinayam, directed by Krishna Vamsi and�produced by Sunkara Madhumuarli under Karthikeya Creations banner starring Tarun and Genelia, was shot in Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, Rajolu, Palakollu, Amaravathi, Nagarjunasagar, Vikarabad, Mangalagiri, Vijayawada and Ramoji Film City.
The film was declared a hit�during the opening weekend.�The film's unit held a success meet at Prasad Labs on January 24th. Genelia, Tarun, Krishna Vamsi, Sirivennela, Paruchuri Brothers, Ahuti Prasad, Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao, Suthi Velu and Dr. Philomena were present on the occasion.
Genelia said, “Sasirekha Parinayam is a special film for me where everyone contributed to the film. It was a team effort.”
Krishna Vamsi thanked the media for supporting him in his career and said that Sirivennela was like a father to him,�supporting him�during his early days. He declared, “Sasirekha Parinayam is an out-and-out Genelia show.” Though Krishna Vamsi prefers his�characters to�bear his stamp, he says, “After working with Genelia for a couple of days, I decided that she should be the torchbearer of the film. I was impressed with Genelia in Bommarillu.”
Half the characteristics of Sasirekha... were inspired by Ramya Krishnan, said Krishna Vamsi. Ramya Krishnan and Krishna Vamsi�were married in 2003 and have one son.
