Michael: Victim of prescription drugs OD?

The autopsy results are not yet in, but family members of the late Michael Jackson and some of his close associates are hinting that his death could have been caused by an overdose of prescription drugs. In 2006, his siblings confronted Michael on the issue, but he (of course) denied an addiction. "The family believed Michael is addicted," a source says. "There was an intervention in Las Vegas. Janet was on the phone, but Randy, Jackie and Rebbie were there in person. Michael got p---ed off. He said he wasn't on drugs. But they didn't believe him."

The source adds that it was MJ’s aides who managed to feed him with the drugs as and when he demanded them. "The aide has contacts wherever they are," said the source. Adding , "In addition to consuming alcohol, Jackson took straight morphine, Demerol and opiates like Oxycontin. He also took Valium and Xanax. Michael was a clinically functioning addict and these are the most dangerous. They stop and start. These are the ones that OD... It could happen any minute." And with MJ’s personal physician gone missing, the question of overdose seems a distinct probability in this tragedy.
