Bollywood siren Malaika Arora Khan, who recently agreed to reprise the sizzling number 'Munni badnaam hui...' in the Telugu remake of Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh, being directed by Harish Shankar with Shruti Haasan as the heroine. Reportedly, she was paid a whopping Rs. 1 crore for this item song.
Notably, the makers approached many top names like Bipasha Basu and Trisha to do the song, but the movie bosses have finally managed to convince the Bollywood actress to repeat the magic in Telugu version too. It is noteworthy that Malaika Arora's item number in Dabangg took the nation by storm and had become a trendsetter. Devisri Prasad is scoring the music. The film will hit the screens in May.
