54th Filmfare Awards: Winners

Glitz, glamour and showbiz reigned at the 54th Idea Filmfare Awards 2008 last night. The big night saw the who's who of Bollywood parading the red carpet with anticipation and expectations to watch who would bring the Black Lady home.

Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan ruled the stage with their yuppie, fresh, tongue-in-cheek humour. The lads also added pep to the glamour quotient of the show by donning the most chic and stylish suits and costumes.

In the Awards section, it was Jodhaa Akbar all the way! The flick took home the 'Best Movie', 'Best Director', 'Best Actor', 'Best Lyrics' and 'Best Background Score' awards. Priyanka repeated her red carpet act by winning the 'Best Actress' for Fashion. Oye Lucky, Lucky Oye! and Rock On!! stood out as Technical winners at the glittering show in Mumbai.
