Last week saw dramatic events when actor Vishal was arrested for trying to enter his office premises in the Tamil Film Producers Council building. Soon after the Madras High Court had ordered the Chennai police to release the star, who later announced the planned event for ‘Maestro’ Ilaiyaraaja would be conducted in February 2019.
That said, Vishal, who is also the President of the TFPC and the General Secretary of the Nadigar Sangam has now issued an important statement regarding sharing the official powers of the Tamil Film Producers Council saying acclaimed National Award-winner Parthiepan will be coming on board as the Co-President of the administration.
