Thalapathy Vijay's Sarkar got into controversy as AIADMK party cadres protested to remove a controversial scene from the movie. Following the incident, a case was filed against the AR Murugadoss and an interim order was passed saying that AR Murugadoss cannot be arrested till November 27th.
Tamil Nadu government had asked AR Murugadoss to offer an unconditional apology for mocking welfare schemes of the government. AIADMK has also asked AR Murugadoss to issue a written statement that he would never criticise the government or its welfare schemes in his upcoming films. And now AR Murugadoss has released a reply statement regarding the request.
AR Mugadoss's statement reads, "I will not tender any apology for criticizing the government schemes in Sarkar. I cannot give any assurance too that I wouldn't criticize them again in my future projects"
