Vijay, who is fulfilling his role as brand ambassador very efficiently, was present at the Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai, cheering the Chennai Super Kings. He was dancing and singing through out the match. He leaned forward to give a thumbs up to the team. Many Kollywood stars were present at the stadium, prominent among them being Jiiva.
CSK won the toss and batted first. Dhoni's boys scored 169. But Delhi Daredevils proved to be a stronger team today when they scored 172 and won the match by 8 wickets. Thus the winning streak of the Chennai Super Kings came to a halt. But CSK is still at the top of the tally table.
And with almost a whole month of cricket left, the Super Kings will definitely prove to be a formidable team.
