It looks like we are well on our way to see the production of Vijay’s upcoming film rolling out soon.
Tentatively titled Vijay 62 and/or Thalapathy 62, the project being produced by Sun Pictures has also added actor Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. This is the second time the two have cast opposite each other after last year's Bairavaa.
In the midst of this, a test photo-shoot was carried out earlier today with Vijay at a reputed film studio in Chennai.
Few stills and a video have surfaced online showing Vijay striking poses for the photo session. Based on the material that’s out now, we can assume the 'Thalapathy' is all set to be shown in a suave and stylish manner.
We can see him surrounded by a Rolls-Royce luxury car imbibing the swag mode effortlessly and fans will be no doubt be mighty delighted if their favorite superstar’s persona is done justice by A. R. Murugadoss.
It has also been confirmed that Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman will be scoring music for Thalapathy 62 after last year’s blockbuster, Mersal.
Although no release date has been confirmed, it is believed Vijay 62 could make its way to screens by this Diwali.
