Actor Vikram’s Sketch, which released last month opened to positive reviews with the film turning out to be a success at the box office.
A notable aspect that the makers of Sketch emphasized during the film’s production was the story being set amidst the backdrop of North Chennai.
That being said, 'Thala' Ajith’s upcoming Viswasam is at present in pre-production stages with filming expected to roll out between the second and third week of this month.
Meanwhile, reports now state Viswasam’s story will be set in North Madras. Fans will know that Ajith’s Vedalam too had a sizable portion of the plot set in the location.
To be directed by Siva, Viswasam marks the fourth time he will be collaborating with Ajith and also the second time the two work under the Sathya Jyothi Films banner after last year’s smash success, Vivegam.
Although no heroine and music composer have been announced as yet for Viswasam, we can expect their names to be revealed in the coming days before production kick-starts.
