When it was announced few months back that STR and director Venkat Prabhu would be joining hands for a film titled Maanadu, the excitement levels shot up instantly. To be produced by Suresh Kamatchi’s V House Productions banner, the film’s pooja as well as shooting will kick-off from February 2019.

Although not much is known about Maanadu, it is believed the film will revolve around politics with National Award-winning editor Praveen K. L. now revealing he got an opportunity to listen to the script from director Venkat Prabhu. He further went on to add the story is awesome and extraordinary; giving us more expectations for Venkat Prabhu’s ninth directorial and this time with Simbu.

As of now, no other cast and crew members have been revealed from Maanadu, updates on the heroine as well as the composer expected to be made in the days ahead.
