After the massive hit of Petta, Superstar Rajinikanth will be teaming up one of India's leading director AR Murugadoss. The only official announcement regarding the movie is that the veteran cinematographer Santhosh Sivan will be filming Rajinikanth after Thalapathy.
Some other interesting names that are in contention to be a part of the movie as well. Thalaivar 166 is likely to be produced by Lyca Productions and the looking to rope in the lady superstar Nayanthara as the lady lead and the rockstar Anirudh to handle the music. It the said team happens to join hands, a sure shot blockbuster is surely on cards.
Earlier we had reported that Rajinikanth will be playing dual roles in AR Murugadoss's Thalaivar 166. Reports also suggest that Rajinikanth's will be seen as a police officer and as a social worker in the movie. Notably. Rajinikanth was last seen in a police avatar in his hit venture Pandiyan, which came out in 1992. With that said we have an exciting set of Rajinikanth movies in which the legendary actor rocked in more than one role.
