Ponnambalam turns hero-producer-director
Ponnambalam has joined the group of actors turning director and producer. The villain artist is all set to play the lead role in an upcoming Tamil flick titled Idiyudan Koodiya Mazhai. The film, a bilingual to be simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu, will be directed and produced by Ponnambalam under Sri Balambigai Movies banner. Newcomer Chandrakanth will play the second lead and the star cast includes Nizhalgal Ravi, Vadivukkarasi, Devan and Mayilsami. Popular stunt masters Kanal Kannan, Thalapathi Dinesh and Rocky Rajesh will make cameo appearances in the film.
Apart from playing the lead role, the actor has penned the story, screenplay and dialouges for this film which will begin on June 2 in Chennai.
