Kalaignar Karunanidhi, former DMK Party leader is being considered as a great fighter by many people. The legend passed away this evening (7th August) ar 6.10pm. The whole Tamil Nadu is shaken and praying for his soul to rest in peace. At this tough situation, we thought of bringing out some inspiring achievements made by the legendary Politician at various stages of his life.
At the age of 17, he became Tamil Nadu student federation leader. At 19, he worked as assistant teacher under Periyar’s Presidence. His Tamil writings are so popular as the quality excelled as we all know. At the age of 24, he became a dialogue writer for Tamil films.
At 26 years, he worked as a secretary in DMK political party during elections. At the age of 32, he became a MLA in DMK party. At 42, he became the Minister of Tamil Nadu Public Service Department.
When he was 43 years old, he became the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. At 48, his name was also mentioned to opt him as the Indian President. At 71 years, his name came up in the list of Prime Minister of India.
