Meera in trouble
Looks like actresses are having some problems with regard to Kerala Temples. First it was Kannada actress Jayamala who disrupted the sanctity of Lord Ayyappan after claiming that she had touched the idol of the Lord. The work for restoring the sanctity of the Lord is going on.
Now it is the turn of Actress Meera Jasmine. The actress entered Rajarajeshwari Temple in Thaliparamba on Friday night to offer Ponnumkudam to the goddess. The rule of the temple does not allow non-Hindus to enter the temple. The actress with the help of a producer entered the temple and offered pooja in the name of " Meera, Vishakham nakshatra".
Only after this did the officials notice her and questioned her. The producer who was with her told them that Meera is no more a Christian and had got converted in to a Hindu long back. The temple officials are preparing for a Shuddhikalasham and Punyaham Jalam to restore the sanctity of the temple.
