With STR finally wrapping up the shoot of Idhu Namma Aalu, fans were eager for the release which was supposed to be in March. According to sources, the director has pushed the release again and it will now grace the silver screen only in April. An electrifying rap number (Mamman waiting) was featured on Simbu and Adah Sharma recently, who will play his ex. Despite the injury, Simbu has completed his part without any delays.
Written and directed by Pandiraj, the film stars STR and Nayantara and has been facing delays for quite a long time. The film also has Andrea, Soori and Santhanam in pivotal roles. Produced by STR's father, T. Rajendar, the film is the debut venture of STR's brother Kuralarasan as a music director.
