The Madras High Court has issued a notice to actor Madhavan for allegedly encroaching a water channel adjacent to the land purchased by him in Dindigul district. The petitioner has alleged that the actor erected an electric fence around his 4.88 acres of land, thus destroying the channel. He also claimed that the actor encroached on government land to plant coconut and guava saplings.
