YuppTV, one of the world’s largest Internet TV providers, today announced the launch of its first ‘YuppTV Dongle’ in USA for South Asians away from home. This dongle, which is connected to the HDMI port of the television set, converts a standard TV set into a smart TV, allowing the viewer to access a variety of content

Over 150+ Indian TV channels are available in 11 languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Oriya, Gujarathi and Bhojpuri.

One of the USPs of the dongle is its portability. Users can now stream video, listen to music, get the latest news or check the latest Facebook feeds at home on their big screen TV and can also take all of that content on the move by simply carrying the dongle in their pocket, and then plug it into the HDMI port of a TV at their work place or hotel.

YuppTV Dongle would soon be released globally, with focus on markets like India, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia.
