Celebrations just got bigger for leading Tamil comedian and actor Yogi Babu and his wife Manju Bhargavi, who have been blessed with their second child, a baby girl, on Monday, October 24, on the festive occasion of Diwali. This will no doubt add to their festivities as the couple is already proud happy parents to a son, whom they named B. M. Veshagan, with the name of their second child expected to be revealed by the actor in an announcement in the days ahead. Yogi Babu and Manju Bhargavi tied the knot on February 5, 2020, at his ancestral Murugan Temple in Tiruttani, Tamil Nadu, and the couple were blessed with their first child towards the end of the same year. 

Yogi Babu is currently one of the busiest actors in the Tamil film industry and garnered praise for his performance in last year's Mandela, which was directed by Madonne Ashwin of Kurangu Bommai fame. Last seen in the Dhanush-starrer Naane Varuven, the popular comedy actor had a packed 2022 and appeared in the lead role in Panni Kutty, while being a part of films like 'Thalapathy' Vijay's Beast, Vijay Sethupathi's Kadaisi Vivasayi, Vishal's Veerame Vaagai Soodum, Arun Vijay's Yaanai, Prabhu Deva's Theal, followed by the Dulquer Salmaan, Kajal Aggarwal and Aditi Rao Hydari-starrer Hey Sinamika, Bigg Boss Tamil fame Losliya and Thiyagarajah's Koogle Kuttappa, RJ Balaji's family entertainer Veetla Vishesham, including 'Legend' Saravanan's The Legend to name a notable few. 

As for his upcoming films, Yogi Babu has several high-profile projects lined up ahead that include 'Superstar' Rajinikanth's Jailer, 'Thalapathy' Vijay's Varisu, and Sivakarthikeyan's sci-fi venture Ayalaan, which are slated to arrive on the big screens in 2023. The actor will also be seen in as many as three films in November that include Sundar. C's multi-starrer Coffee with Kadhal with Jiiva and Jai, followed by Comali director Pradeep Ranganathan's Love Today and Vijay Antony's Thamezharasan. Yogi Babu will also be headlining the comedy caper Yaanai Mugatthan, while appearing in 'Top Star' Prashanth's Andhagan, director R. Kannan's Kasethan Kadavulada alongside Shiva, Priya Anand, Urvashi, Karunakaran, Sivaangi Krishnakumar, and Pugazh.
