Sathish is a popular supporting actor who turned lead with the film Naai Sekar and has been acting in interesting films. He is joining hands with one of the assistant directors of Lokesh Kanagaraj, Venki, for the film titled Vithaikkaaran. It is produced by White Carpet Films, which previously made the thriller Dejavu starring Arulnithi. The project was launched a few months ago, and the title was released by sought-after director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Now, the makers have revealed the teaser of Vithaikkaaran. It was revealed by the National award-winning music composer G.V. Prakash Kumar and talented South Indian actress Keerthy Suresh, who was recently a part of Maamannan.
Vithaikkaaran teaser begin with an introduction to Sathish as a magician. The video then shows a gang of smugglers and police. It shows a pack of diamonds being caught by customs officers at airport and it’s taken and stored in a locker. The video shows that some some politics and important persons are involved in the issue, and many people are trying all possible ways to get the smuggled precious stones out. The video then ends, showing the character played by Sathish being hired to get the diamonds that are said to be worth over Rs. 25 crore.
The glimpse video shows the film will revolve around the diamonds that are smuggled and stuck in customs. The film has an exciting cast that includes Anandraj, Madusudhanan, Subramaniam Siva, John Vijay, Japan Kumar, and the leading lady of the film, Simran Gupta. Vithaikkaaran film also has the caption "The G.O.A.T." and is helmed by Venki with music composed by VBR. As the maker has revealed the teaser of the film, more updates about the project can be expected to be released soon, and the release date of the film is also yet to be announced.
