Actor Vishal is currently busy filming the final schedule of the upcoming Tamil film Laththi. Or he was. The actor sustained an injury to this leg while shooting for an action scene. The crew suffered the injury while he was filming the climax action episode choreographed by National award-winning stunt choreographer Peter Hein.
Vishal's own production house, Vishal Film Factory, took to Twitter and shared a clip of the incident. The clip shows the actor suddenly breaking character and falling to the ground. The people around rush in to pick up and help the promising actor and also made sure he would feel better. They are seen helping the actor who is seated and in agony. The clip then shows 'THE SHOOT RESUMED UNDER THIS CIRCUMSTANCES' and cuts to the actor getting ready to continue filming with his injured leg. Vishal looks like he is in pain but powers through it and stays in character. This goes on to show Vishal's impeccable devotion to acting.
The clip was posted on their official Twitter handle with a caption that read, "Actor @VishalKOfficial got severely injured once again while shooting the intro fight sequence shoot for #Laththi Wishing him a speedy recovery ! #Latti #LaththiCharge ". Check it out:

This is the second time that Vishal has suffered an injury on the sets of Laththi, in which he plays a police officer. He earlier sustained a different injury while shooting another fight scene whose video was captured yet again and shared by his won production house yet again. He suffered multiple hairline fractures on his hand and finger and therefore had to take a month-long break to recover before stepping back into the step.
From this, we can easily understand that Vishal is a very hardworking and relentless actor who pushes himself to great extremes just so the film he is a part of is perfect by the end of it in order to fulfill his fans' wishes.
The pan-Indian film is bankrolled by Ramana and Nandaa under the banner of their Rana Productions and is directed by debutant A. Vinoth Kumar. Laththi is scheduled to release theatrically on 12 August 2022.
