Vishal, who is currently busy shooting for Madha Gaja Raja, also known as MGR, sustained an injury to his head, at the shooting spot. Thankfully, he was not seriously injured, and the injury was very minor! However, the doctors have advised him complete rest for the next few days.
MGR stars Anjali and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar as the female leads, and is an action movie, wit a heavy dose of comedy.
