It is known that Mahesh Babu is all set to stun everyone with his next film, Sarileru Neekevvaru. The actor will be seen as an army officer for the first time in this film and he is currently busy filming it. Featuring Mahesh Babu, Rashmika Mandanna and Prakash Raj in lead roles, the film has been written and directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by AK Entertainments, GMB Entertainments, and Sri Venkateswara Creations. It is also known that Vijayashanthi is making her comeback with this film. The actress has just wrapped up her first schedule and is currently taking a break before her next calling comes.
Talking to a leading media, in an interview, Vijayashanthi said that it feels surreal to work with Mahesh after 30 long years. The two had acted together exactly three decades ago in the 1989 film, Koduku Diddina Kapuram, directed by Superstar Krishna. Talking to the leading media, she said, “It’s amazing that I am doing a film with that same child after 30 years. Now of course, he is grown up into a dashing superstar.”
She was last seen in Nayudamma, which released in 2006. Sarileru Neekevvaru will be her comeback after 13 long years. The film is slated to hit theatres on 10th January 2020.
