Ilayathalapathy Vijay is busy shooting for his upcoming film Kaththi, directed by AR Murugadoss. Meanwhile, there are reports that the actor will team-up with director Chimbu Devan for his next film. Also, Deepika Padukone is expected to play the female lead. However, the actress is yet to give her nod. It is said that she would sign her next Tamil film after the release of her magnum opus Kochadaiiyaan, in which she has starred opposite Rajinikanth.
