Venkatesh-Ileana-Srinu Vaitla together?
Venkatesh, the producers’ hero, will be launching his next film on January 25, 2009. The untitled film, to be produced by Giri, will be co-produced by D. Suresh Babu and directed by Srinu Vaitla. Ileana, one of the reigning queens of Tollywood, is the heroine.
Srinu Vaitla says this movie has been tailormade for Venkatesh, “A great storyline that was apt for Venkatesh came to me. I discussed it to him and he was floored by it. It is an out-and-out entertainer.” Srinu Vaitla is currently busy with Nagarjuna’s King; the Venkatesh-starrer will start as soon as King is wrapped up. Tollywood is awaiting the collaboration of Venkatesh-Ileana-Srinu Vaitla with bated breath.
Venkatesh will also have an impressive cameo in Kamal Haasan’s big production, Marmayogi. Incidentally, the Nitin starrer Sye was produced by Giri.
