Producer Sajid Nadiadwala and filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari have joined hands once again and today announced their new project titled Bawaal. The movie will see Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in the leading roles and sharing screen space opposite each other for the first time. Bawaal is touted to be a love story and the makers have decided to release the film on 7 April 2023.
After their successful run with Chhichhore, the award-winning producer-director duo is collaborating forces yet again to follow suit on the great response from their previous outing. Janhvi Kapoor took to her social media accounts to announce her upcoming project to her fans and followers. She posted the picture of the official announcement along with a caption that read, "Joining hands with two of the finest, #SajidNadiadwala and @niteshtiwari22 I’m so grateful and happy to announce my next, #BAWAAL starring opposite @varundvn See you in cinemas on 7th April 2023 @wardakhannadiadwala @nadiadwalagrandson @earthskynotes". Varun Dhawan too made a similar post on both his Instagram and Twitter accounts.
No further details regarding the project have been disclosed but are being kept safe under wraps by the makers as the big announcement is more than enough for the young actors' fans who are ecstatic to watch the two young superstars' budding chemistry with one another on the big screen together soon.
Apart from Bawaal, Janhvi has got two other interesting projects up in her kitty including Good Luck Jerry and Mili, which will be produced by her father Boney Kapoor. The movie is the remake of the Malayalam survival thriller film Helen. On the other hand, Varun Dhawan will next be seen in Amar Kaushik’s much-awaited horror-comedy Bhediya in which he will be starring alongside Kriti Sanon. The film will mark Varun and Kriti's second collaboration after the release of their 2015 film Dilwale.
