S, and popular singer Anthony Daasan on Super Singer Junior season 9 on Vijay Television. Having delivered chart-topping hits earlier this year in 'Thalapathy' Vijay's Varisu earlier this year, the hit composer has been giving one surprise after another during his appearances on the show, while also charming his way into the hearts of the participants and the fans. Compared to some of the judges in the previous editions of Super Singer, Thaman's gestures have won over everyone as he's shown himself to be one of the friendliest persons in cinema.
Considering judges on reality television singing competition shows appear as strict on some occasions, Thaman has been seen having fun with the Super Singer Junior 9 contestants and encouraging the young budding talent, while also giving them surprises to uplift their spirits. In the ongoing edition of Super Singer, Thaman has promised to extend all the help he can to make sure visually-challenged singer Prohitha Sri gets her vision back, while also giving assurance to aspiring singer Color Vedi Gokul an opportunity to sing in a film in the future.
During last week's episode of Super Singer Junior 9, Thaman. S guaranteed that he would share the video of young singers Harshini Nethra and Richa Syjin's performance of the 'Oorvasi Oorvasi' song to Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman. Likewise, the Prince music director also made a promise to singer Gaurav to introduce him to 'Thalapathy' Vijay and Anirudh Ravichander after being impressed with his singing performance of the 'Ranjithame' song from Varisu.
Apart from the heart-warming moments with the Super Singer Junior 9 contestants, Thaman has provided singer Anthony Daasan a chance to sing in an upcoming Telugu film, which is expected to be released next week. One of the biggest moments on the hit singing reality show was when the chart-topping hit composer's wife Sri Vardhini made a surprise appearance and shared several unknown details about him. It was also revealed on Super Singer Junior 9 that Thaman and host Ma Ka Pa Anand would often play cricket during their free time.
