Right from AIDS awareness to PETA. she has been the brand ambassador for many social causes. Recently the actress spend some quality time with the children of Love Care Centre in Kancheepuram, which has been involved in in looking after discarded children, giving encouragement and support to deserted women and engaging in social and development activities aimed towards providing a future with hope, for those destitute children.
After visiting the centre Trisha tweeted, "Spent d most beautiful day in Kancheepuram at the 'Love Care Centre' wit d most adorable kids." She further added, "For those interested pls do visit n any help from your side will be appreciated."
