Trisha will continue acting in South

For many reasons, Bollywood continues to be the every Southern actor's dream destination. While our directors are pretty keen to cast Mumbai gals in their movies, our leading ladies jump at even the slightest opportunity to be a part of a Hindi flick. Each and everytop Kollywood actressis busy at this very moment, either reading Hindi scripts or acting in Hindi movies. While we hear thatAsin has bought an apartment for herself and one more for her parents in Mumbai, there are others like Trisha, who insist Chennai will always be her base, because that's where she began her acting career. “South Indian cinema is very special to me. I am happy to make my debut in Hindi in a movie directed by Priyadharshan. But that does not mean I will move to Mumbai and forget my roots. I am an actress and will pursue my art in any language, so long as the script is good,” says a very grounded and sure-footed Trisha.
