Thyagarajan in Bodyguard
Veteran South Indian actor, director, producer and stunt master Thyagarajan (also spelt as Thiagarajan) will play a prominent role�Bodyguard (Malayalam) by ace director Siddique, starring Dileep and South India's costliest actress Nayantara in the lead. Thyagarajan last acted in his own directorial venture Shock�(2004) with his son, popular Tamil actor Prasanth.
Thyagarajan shot to fame with Alaigal Oivathillai (1981), Malayur Mambattiyan (1983), Neengal Kettavai (1984) and Salem Vishnu (1990) among others.
Another highlight of Bodyguard (apart from its lead lady Nayantara and Thyagarajan playing prominent roles in Malayalam after a long time) is that this is the first�Siddique-directed film�starring Dileep. Produced by Johny Sagarika, Bodyguard is slated for a Vishu release. The movie, scripted by the director, has a plot with plenty of comedy and action.
Former Malayalam actress Manju Warrier, wife of Dileep, is also reportedly�appearing in�this film. Ouseppachan creates tunes for lyrics by Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri and Ananthakkuttan deals with cinemotography.
