Directed by Samuthirakani, Thondan is all ready to get released on May 26th. The film has been certified U by the censor board.

Thondan is expected to be a family entertainer with lots of social messages just like many other Samuthirakani movies. It also has Sunaina and Vikranth in the lead cast. The movie has received tax exemption from the Tamil Nadu government for its content. If the movie delivers as promised, it could be another socio entertainer in the lines of Saatai and Appa.
