One film that has sky-high excitement surrounding it since its announcement, 'Thalapathy' Vijay's upcoming Beast, had its title revealed along with two posters getting released on the superstar's birthday. Being directed by Kolamaavu Kokila fame Nelson Dilipkumar who is awaiting the release of his Doctor with Sivakarthikeyan, the upcoming Vijay-starrer is a Sun Pictures venture, with the film’s second schedule currently underway in Chennai. Having said that, 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander who is composing the music for Beast, was spotted at the film’s shooting spot on Monday, with pictures of his set visit now doing the rounds on social media. 

Beast is Anirudh's third-time working on a Vijay project after he delivered chart-busters in Kaththi (2014) and Master released earlier this year. There are tremendous expectations for the Petta music director to come up with yet another cracker of an album for Vijay considering their association is now one of the most successful collaborations in Tamil cinema. As of now, one song has already been picturised with Vijay and the film's heroine Pooja Hegde, who incidentally is making her Tamil comeback after her debut nearly a decade back in director Mysskin's Mugamoodi. 

Vijay, who has delivered continuous box office successes over the past few years, will be hoping to strike gold yet again with Beast as well, which is his second-time working in a Sun Pictures production venture after their 2018 blockbuster, Sarkar. The film is also a huge one for the prestigious banner as they had also in the past distributed Vijay's Vettaikaaran and Sura, but are leaving no stone unturned in making Beast as big as possible.
