We have already reported that Tamannaah has signed to act in the Tamil remake of Pelli Choopulu, a hit Telugu film that released in 2016. The actress will start shooting for the film from March or April this year. Senthil Veerasamy will helm this project which is a rom-com set against a modern background. Now, the latest is that the actress is quite excited about the project and had a detailed discussion with Gautham Vasudev Menon, who has bagged the remake rights of this movie. The Tamil title and the hero is yet-to-be-decided.
The rest of the cast hasn't been fixed yet and we await an official announcement about the same.
