And then comes the D day.... the film is likely to hit the screens on Superstar Rajinikanth's birthday (12/12).
Directed by the actor's daughter Soundarya R Ashwin, the story has been written by KS Ravikumar. Kochadaiyaan features an ensemble cast of Sarathkumar, Aadhi, Deepika Padukone, Shobana, Rukmini Vijayakumar, Jackie Shroff and Nasser along with Rajinikanth. The cinematography of this film, which has been shot using motion capture technology in 3D, is handled by Rajiv Menon. Music is composed by AR Rahman. The film is produced jointly by Eros International and Media One Global Entertainment.
