After Jailer, actor ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth’s next film that is to be directed by his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth is Lal Salaam. The director of the project which is touted to be a sports film has shared an exciting update about the shooting of the film on social media. He has shared through her Instagram post that 'Superstar' has wrapped filming for his role as Moideen Bhai in the film. The director posted a photo of the cast and crew of the film including Vishnu Vishal and the director celebrating the wrap of shooting of the actor. She has shared the update with the caption “Making a movie with you is a miracle and you are pure magic appa”.

Lal Salaam has popular actors Vishu Vishal and Vikranth in lead roles and it was said that ‘Superstar ‘ Rajinikanth will do an important role in the character named Moidheen Bhai. The shooting of the film bankrolled by Subashkaran under the banner of Lyca Productions has been happening on a huge scale In multiple locations including Mumbai, Chennai and Pondicherry. A former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev is also set to do a cameo in the film. It will also have music composed by A.R. Rahman. The upcoming film of 'Superstar' Rajinikanth which is set to release in theatres is Jailer directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film has a huge star cast and will release in theatres on August 10.
