Filmmaker Sundar C will produce and play the lead role in his long-time assistant Venkat Raghavan's film. Titled Muthina Kathirikai, Poonam Bajwa will play the leading lady. Rumoured to be a remake of Malayalam superhit film Vellimoonga, the film will narrate the story of an aged politician, who falls in love with a young girl. More than half of he shooting has been completed except for two songs. The film will hit the screens soon.
