Tamil music director Sundar C Babu has been finalized as the music composer for the Priyamani starrer Charulatha. Charulatha marks the second film for Sundar in Sandalwood after Anjadiru.
On talking about scoring music for Charulatha, Sundar said, “Music is what adds value to this plot. The film has two songs, but background score is what is pivotal to the script. And having heard background scores from my earlier films including the recently released Poraali, producer Yogish and director P. Kumar were keen on me composing the music. The story also impressed me.”
Charulatha is a woman-centric film. The movie is a thriller flick. Debutant Skanda plays the male lead.
